No internet!! Again!!

Our loaner computer conked out so now we have no computer at home that works. I think I am a computer murderer!!

So I won't be posting much for awhile. I know my witty reparte will be sorely missed!! ;)

Update

We still have no home computer. It supposedly got fixed last Tuesday but we still had problems with it so it is back in the shop. It kind of makes me wonder if there is some force in the Universe who doesn't want me having internet access in my home. I sure do miss it. I am feeling really left out. I have no idea what is going on with anyone. When I do get my 'puter back and start posting again on DAMU sites and blogs I will feel like I am starting over. Has everyone forgotten about me. Maybe no one has even noticed. Who knows anyway?

There isn't really much else to say. I don't have time anyway. The library here puts you on time limits and mine is almost up.

So if anyone is reading this, I hope things are going well in your lives. I hope your families are healthy and happy and I hope you have having a great time doing whatever it is you do! And while I am at it I hope you miss me! Especially everyone I think of as friends! You know who you are!!(Okay I like everyone. I hope everyone misses me!)

I'm Still Alive

Unfortunately I still don't have a working computer in my home. So yep, I am at the library again.
I don't have enough time to write much but last night as I was trying to sleep(I am an insomniac), I was wondering. Does Hef really have sex with all of his girlfriends or just the "main" one. Just wondering.

Here's the deal.

Okay so here's the deal with my computer situation.

At the beginning of September our laptop, the one dh uses for work and the one I play on when he get's home from work, died. We think we got hit with virus that killed our hard drive. We did get it back running again for like two days, I have no idea how so don't ask, but then it died again for good. So dh brought a loaner home for a couple of weeks.

That ended at the beginning of last week. Since then I went to the library once and dh brought the loaner home again for the weekend and then today. Now he has told me that the owner of this loaner computer will be taking it with him to France. I am not sure when exactly but it will be soon so I will be without a computer again which means I will only be able to come online the once a week I will be going to the library.

We won't be able to fix our own computer until next month. It's a money thing, we have been trying to pay off all our credit cards and student loans and are almost done, yay!!!!!, but that has meant that fixing the computer has been put on hold. It's worth it to have all those annoying bills gone!!

Anyone who wants to contribute to the "Buy ddp/regina filangi a computer fund" can leave me a message! JUST KIDDING!!! (sort of)

Oh and I just have to get this out. My new guilty pleasure is "Sexy Back" by Justin Timberlake. Admitting it is the first step!!

The Loaner is Back!

Dh brought the loaner computer home for the weekend. Which is good but I seem to have a huge case of writer's block. I have already been staring at the screen for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to write.

What did I do all week without a computer?
1-I caught up on my reading.
2-I went to the library and used their computer for like 10 minutes, just to clear out my emails and check for messages, which turned out to be totally unnecessary since no one writes me.
3-We(my daughters and I) drove around town for no good reason, just to get out of the apartment.
4-I talked to my mom, who scared me a little by telling me she knew about one of my internet buddies which luckily for me and my huge secretive exmo life, was a mormon internet buddy. Phew!!
5-I finally started drinking tea. I bought this really yummy vanilla chai tea which is wonderful!!
6-I kept the apartment semi-clean.
7-At night, when I couldn't sleep, I wished for my computer so I could chat.

Then I get back on today and see that everything online is pretty much the same. My email inbox is still empty except for junk mail, I have no messages and it doesn't look like anyone is reading my blog. Yep, things are the same. I wonder now why I even missed it.

Next month our regular computer should be fixed. I am way excited fo that. Not sure why though.

Forced Hiatus

Our regular computer is broken. We haven't been able to get it fixed. For the last couple of weeks we have been using a loaner from dh's lab. It looks like there is a strong possibility he will have to give it back this coming Monday, which will leave me internetless.

I hope by some fluke they will continue to let us keep it so send good thoughts. If you have something you want to tell me or want to know how you can get in touch with me can send me a message. I will still be able to respond probably up until very early Monday morning.

Please don't forget about me while I'm gone! Hopefully it won't be for long. If I get really desperate I will go to the library.

Computers

Ours is dead. I am on a loaner. It sucks because I can't download anything or post pictures. I want our computer to work.

I am a little sleepy right now. I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night. I sometimes wish I wasn't such a nightowl. It would be nice to actually sleep for 8 hours.

I honestly don't know what to write. All I know is that I am bored and just feel like rambling. Maybe I should have titled this post "Rambling about nothing" Oh well I think that's pretty obvious.

I am so excited that it's getting close to being the holiday season. I really love it. I always have so much fun even if I am just watching all the cheesy specials on TV. It really doesn't take much to make me happy. I am so easy to please.

Fuck, I am so boring. I guess I should just end this pathetic attempt at writing about my life.
