We've lived at our current address for almost 3 years and have had missionaries come by about 6 times. I NEVER answer the door for them. I think it's better for all of us that way. I might get unintentionally mean. Did they ask to come back? You should have told them you planned on having a serious hangover Sunday morning and wouldn't feel well enough to go to church. I always think it's funny that missionaries (myself included when I was a missionary) think an "invitation" to church will get people to go again.
